Pokemon Movie 11 - Giratina and The Sky Warrior
The film opens with Shaymin as Dialga appears. Then, in the Reverse or Distortion World Giratina senses Dialga's presence, and flies up to the Real World to capture it. Dialga drinks, just as Giratina's portal opens up. Giratina then drags Dialga into the Reverse World. Shaymin is also catapulted into the Reverse World. As Dialga and Giratina fight, Zero observes the battle in his ship. Shaymin absorbs a dark gas and uses "Seed Flare," tearing a hole in the Reverse World and escaping. Dialga fires a laser at Giratina, enveloping it in a time loop, trapping it in the Reverse World. As Dialga escapes, Shaymin falls into a river.
At a small seaside town, Ash, Pikachu, Dawn, Brock and their Pokémon are having lunch when they spot Shaymin eating their food. It is sick, so they rush it to the Pokémon Center where it recovers. Using its ability to speak telepathically, Shaymin speaks of returning to its flower field home. However it is captured by Team Rocket. A mirror portal into the Reverse World sucks Team Rocket in, followed by Ash and his friends. However, Brock is left behind.
In the Reverse World, Ash and Dawn meet Newton Graceland, a scientist who also witnessed the battle between Dialga and Giratina. Newton helps them escape. Team Rocket, who are too late to reach the portal, follow Newton. The Reverse World is polluted with toxic smoke caused by a battle between Dialga and Palkia, infuriating Giratina.
Ash and friends are attacked by Zero and his horde of Magnemite, Magneton and Magnezone, though they manage to board a train. On the train, Shaymin finds Gracidea flowers causing it to transform into its flying Sky Form. Zero's Pokémon raid the train. The team take a boat to reach Shaymin's home when a portal opens in the water, sucking everyone in, including Zero. Giratina and Shaymin battle until Shaymin's Sky Form wears off. Ash, Dawn and Brock reunite with Newton, who helps them hide. They encounter Zero, who was once Newton's assistant and explains his desire to rule the Reverse World. Zero forces Shaymin to use Seed Flare to open a portal back the real world, arriving at Shaymin's home. Giratina enters the real world, shattering Dialga's time loop, and is captured by Zero. Newton explains that Zero's methods of using Giratina to take over the Reverse World will eventually kill it.

Newton tries to deactivate Zero's device while Ash and Dawn remain outside to fight off Zero's Magnemite, Magneton and Magnezone. Newton succeeds in releasing Giratina but causes the ship to crash. Giratina falls into the lake below before the ship crashes, able to get out soon after. However due to losing strength, Giratina is too weak to go on. Shaymin uses its powers to restore the critically injured Giratina. Zero uses Giratina's former power to enter the Reverse World and attack from there. But he awakens the ancient Regigigas, which saves Ash's team from a moving glacier. They enter the Reverse World to end his plans. Finally Shaymin gathers with its brethren, thanking everyone for their help before migrating.
